Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute cargo sales and marketing strategies to exceed revenue targets.
– Lead and guide the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners.
– Monitor performance, report to directors, and achieve sales targets.
– Provide feedback to headquarters and take action based on market insights.

Qualifications:
– Minimum bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
– At least 3 years of work experience in freight forwarding/shipping/airlines company
– Professional proficiency in English (fluency in Mandarin is a plus)
– Max 40 years
– Broad understanding of global freight forwarding and logistics industry (Sea, Air, Land, Warehouse, and Distribution)
– Have experience in leading export import shipment project
– Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and team leadership skills

We are hiring Cargo Sales Manager with the following details:

Key Responsibilities:
– Find and obtain new business opportunities, especially air freight import and export
– Follow up existing customers to maintain relationships and customer loyalty
– Achieve and exceed cargo sales target
– Lead and support the sales team (conducting regular meetings, provide guidance, and performance feedbacks)
– Prepare quotations and negotiate rates and terms with customers
– Analyze market trends and report sales performance and customer needs to management

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field
– Maximum 40 years old
– Minimal 2 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry (preferably in air freight sales)
– Good knowledge of global forwarding & experience dealing with overseas agents
– Proficient in English (spoken & written); Mandarin is a plus
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with persistence in reaching target
